Note: exchange or refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment in completely as it is (new state) condition with all its tags and packing elements intact, except if the package has been lost in transit.
What would be the procedure for exchange or refund in eligible cases?
In the unlikely event that your product falls under category of exchange or refund, you would need to send an e-mail to us with a clear picture of the product. This should be done within 7 days from delivery of your order. as-trader.com team must receive an email at support@as-trader.com and your return request needs to be approved by the quality team at as-trader.com. After approval of the same, we would share the postal address where you need to send the defective item
Upon authorization of returns
Please note that once the exchange is authorized by as-trader quality team, the buyer needs to ship the necessary product to as-trader at the address provided by us. The shipping charges will be borne by as-trader to return the goods to the designated return address, however delivering the product to as-trader address in a safe manner is the responsibility of the Buyer.
